To create your first outfit: 1) Upload photos of your clothes to build your digital wardrobe, 2) Go to the "Create Outfit" section, 3) Select items from your wardrobe by tapping on them, 4) Mix and match different pieces, 5) Save your outfit with a name and optional notes. You can also use our AI suggestions for inspiration!
Yes! OOTDLY is free to download and use. We offer premium features that enhance your experience, but the core functionality of creating outfits and managing your wardrobe is completely free.
You can create an account in three ways: 1) Sign up with your email address and create a password, 2) Use your Google Account for quick sign-up, 3) Sign in with Apple for enhanced privacy. All methods are secure and give you access to the same features.
OOTDLY requires an internet connection for most features like syncing your wardrobe, sharing outfits, and accessing community content. However, you can browse your previously loaded wardrobe items offline.
Currently, the app doesn't have an in-app account deletion option. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, please email us at ootdlyapp@gmail.com with your account details. We'll process your request within 7 business days and send you confirmation.
OOTDLY may request: Camera access (to take photos of your clothes), Photo Library access (to upload existing photos), Location services (for weather-appropriate outfit suggestions), and Notifications (to remind you about outfit planning). All permissions are optional and you can manage them in your device settings.
We take your privacy seriously. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use secure authentication through Google and Apple, never store your passwords, and comply with Philippine data protection laws. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

🚨 App Not Working Properly?
Try these general troubleshooting steps first: restart the app, check your internet connection, update to the latest version, or restart your device.
App Won't Open or Crashes
Force close and reopen the app
Double-tap your home button (iOS) or use recent apps (Android), then swipe up on OOTDLY to close it. Reopen from your home screen.
Restart your device
Turn your phone off and on again. This clears temporary files and memory that might be causing issues.
Update the app
Check the App Store for OOTDLY updates. We regularly fix bugs and improve performance.
Free up storage space
Ensure you have at least 1GB of free space on your device for optimal app performance.
Login Issues
Can't Sign In
Check your internet connection, verify your email/password, or try signing in with Google/Apple if you used those methods originally.
Forgot Password
